The following Kent United players were selected as MVPs for the Kent Cornucopia Cup Tournament.

BU11-A Kent United White - #30 (Malachi)
BU11-B Kent United Black - #66 (Tanner)
BU13-B Kent United White - #23

Out of the 11 teams entered in both the Snohomish Bigfoot and Mt Hood Nike Challenge, Kent United had 1 champion, 1 finalist and 4 semi-finalists.

Snohomish Bigfoot (August 18-21)

KU B97 Green - Finalist
KU G00 White - Semi-finalist
KU G99 Green - Semi-finalist

Federal Way Blast Off 2011

The 2011 Federal Way Blast Off is a wrap and Kent United teams made it to 4 finals and brought home 3 1st place finishes.

KU and Dos FC Partner to Provide GK Training

Kent United and Dos FC have entered into an agreement that will allow KU teams to get goal keeper training from Dos FC instructors. This opportunity is open to all teams. For those who take advantage, this is a great opportunity for players to receive top training from our KYSA Premier Club. This was made possible thanks to the Dos FC Directors of Coaching, Malia Arrant and Dan Drew. This is the first of many partnerships that will help provide the best training for kids playing in Kent.

Congratulations to the following teams for their success this spring:

- KU G99 Green team for taking 2nd in the Under 11 Girls Classic Division

- KU G96 White team for taking 1st in the Under 14 Girls Copa Division

I'm confident both teams will continue to roll in 2011-12!
